1. What materials are your home products made from?

We use a variety of high-quality materials chosen for durability, comfort, and aesthetics — including cotton, linen, bamboo fiber, wood, ceramics, and metal alloys. Specific materials are listed on each product page. If you have sensitivities or preferences, we’re happy to assist you.


2. Are your products safe for children and pets?

Yes. Safety is a priority for us. Many of our items are designed with family use in mind. We avoid sharp edges and harmful finishes. However, please read each product description carefully, and always supervise children or pets around home furnishings and décor items.


3. Do you offer customization or personalized orders?

Currently, our products are pre-designed and not customizable. However, we are working to introduce personalized options in the near future. Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know.


4. What payment methods can I use?

5. Do you support installment payments like Afterpay?

We currently do not support Afterpay or other installment systems. We are reviewing this option and may add it in the future based on customer demand.


6. Do you ship internationally?

No. At this time, we only ship within Australia. We are focused on delivering reliable and fast service locally.


7. How long does delivery take within Australia?

Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Orders to remote or rural areas may require additional time. You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.


8. Can I change or cancel an order after it is placed?

Yes — but only if your order hasn’t been shipped yet. Please contact us as soon as possible at service@blandfordb.store with your order number. Once shipped, we are unable to make changes.


9. What is your return and refund policy?

We offer returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method. For detailed instructions, visit our Returns Policy page.


10. What should I do if I receive a damaged or faulty item?

We're sorry! Please send us an email at service@blandfordb.store with your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a prompt replacement or refund.


11. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link. This lets you monitor the delivery status in real time.


12. Are your products covered under warranty?

Most of our items come with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you receive a defective product within this period, we’ll issue a refund or send a replacement. Check the product page for specific warranty terms.


13. Do you offer bulk discounts or business orders?

If you're purchasing for a business, interior design project, or need multiple units of a product, contact us directly. We may be able to offer custom quotes or bulk pricing depending on the item and quantity.


14. Can I pre-order out-of-stock items?

Currently, we do not accept pre-orders. If an item is out of stock, you can join our waitlist by entering your email on the product page. We’ll notify you as soon as it’s restocked.


15. Do you offer gift packaging or gift notes?

Yes! For many items, you can select gift packaging and include a personalized message at checkout. This is perfect for birthdays, housewarmings, or other special occasions.

16. Do your products come pre-assembled?

Most of our home products come fully assembled or require only minimal setup. If any assembly is required, we include clear step-by-step instructions and necessary tools in the package.


17. Are your packaging materials eco-friendly?

Yes. We are committed to sustainability. Whenever possible, we use recyclable, biodegradable, or minimal packaging. We also work with eco-conscious suppliers to reduce our environmental footprint.


18. Can I include a different delivery address from the billing address?

Yes, during checkout you can enter a separate delivery address. Please double-check all details before placing your order to avoid shipping delays.


19. Do you offer express shipping options?

Currently, we offer standard shipping only. However, we’re exploring express and same-day options for selected areas in Australia. Stay tuned!


20. How can I leave a review for a product I purchased?

After your order is delivered, you’ll receive an email inviting you to rate and review the product. Your feedback helps us and other customers make better choices.
